If you are a homeowner looking for renters, or a renter looking for compatible housemates to share a home together with, this is place to start. Your search will be most effective if you take the time to fill in the search filter form. The more information you provide about your needs, the more specific your search results will be.
If you find you aren't getting enough search results, consider limiting your choices to only those things that are the most important to you. For example, if being in a smoke-free home is very important to you, then specify this. If it doesn't matter, leave the choice at "any". "Any" will result in more matches.
