I am a retired professional. I am very laid back and am easy to get along with. I enjoy playing golf and, as such, I live on a golf course. The amenities include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, workout facilities and tennis courts. I am close to restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. I am 15 minutes from Hilton Head Island. I am a young 65 and try to keep active. I have a small dog, a dachshund, who is a real sweetheart. My prospective roommate must like dogs. I would prefer that my roommate has no pets.
